Relax Into Yoga Nidra
Relaxation & Self Inquiry through Guided Meditation and Visualization
Yoga Nidra can be translated as Yoga Sleep, yet it is not sleep.
It is conscious relaxation, achieved by turning inward and remaining
awake and
aware during the experience.
THIS WORKSHOP GUIDES STUDENTS THROUGH 4 STAGES:

Introduction to Yoga Nidra

Gentle asanas to prepare for relaxation

30-minute Yoga Nidra practice

Reflections on the experience
Workshop will be led by Deanna Burkett
Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor
Yoga Nidra is usually practiced lying down. Wear comfortable clothing
appropriate for a gentle warm-up before the Yoga Nidra practice. Blankets and
mats are available at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own.
