classes that blend both movement and mindfulness
enjoy our movement
therapy and
experience the sensations that allow you to leave SYNERGY feeling refreshed and
rejuvenated! Pilates and yoga enhance many important aspects of your life -
focus, balance, strength ... not to mention developing that great sense of well
being.
Our expanded schedule and collaboration with Pilates in Motion has added even
more
classes and class types to serve your needs!
Synergy's newer and larger facility is excited to
add
Pre-natal yoga classes to the schedule. These Pre-natal yoga classes are based
on Yogafit's Pre-natal format, which was designed by a board certified
obstetrician/gynecologist. Classic yoga poses are selected specifically for use
during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and will be safe for students
throughout all trimesters of pregnancy. Classes will be held in 8 week sessions
and will begin the second week in October.
You can also swing by after dropping the kids off at school for one of our
8:30
or 10:00 Yoga, Mat Pilates, or Group Reformer Pilates classes, or come in for a
yoga class on
Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon to add something special to your weekend.
Based on your suggestions we've incorporated 4:00 PM Group Reformer Pilates
classes and 4:15 PM Yoga classes for the Mobile County school teachers - just in
case there might be a
wee bit of stress at the end of your day. Unload that stress before heading
home!
If you're an early riser, you'll want to join our Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 6:00
AM
"Sunrise Yoga" class. A great way to jumpstart your day!
Come on in after work Monday through Friday for our 5:45 PM yoga, mat Pilates,
or Group Reformer Pilates classes. Leave class feeling
great after working your body and focusing your mind.
For you late night folks who love an evening session, we have added a Wednesday
7:15 PM Yoga class - enjoy Rhonda's soothing energy to finish off your day.
Do you have a need to totally relax and regenerate? Our Tuesday and Thursday
noon gentle
yoga classes will make it happen. If noon is your time but you want something
with a
bit more physicality, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday there are more vigorous
classes and both Mat & Group Reformer classes just for you!
