Yoga - Our multi-level hatha yoga classes are a blend of Iyengar and Vinyasa styles, emphasizing asanas (positions) that target the improvement of the student's strength, balance, deep stretch, and focus... all melded with the breath. Each Synergy teacher approaches class with their own unique perspective and emphasis, working with the students in the class to produce a experience that will leave them refreshed and relaxed.

Power Yoga - Taught by Tamara Evans, this energetic yoga is an intense and commanding class that will kick start your week and leave you raring to go. Get in, get strong, and get going!

Sunrise Yoga - This well rounded one hour class format is designed to get your body awake and energized for the day ahead.

Gentle Yoga - Perfect for the beginner or for someone just trying to reduce the stress in their day, this class couples the flow of the breath with easy movements and asanas. A wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.

Power Flow Yoga - Taught by associate Baptiste power Vinyasa teacher Angela Cain, this vigorous and intense form of Hatha yoga is a powerful yoga where upbeat music couples with Sun Salutations and flow into various asanas that will involve strength, stamina, and sweet sweat! A true cleansing for the mind and body.

Evening Restorative/Gentle Yoga - Taught by Jenn Feibelman, allow yourself to unwind after a stressful day. This class is composed of non-supported gentle postures as well as postures supported with blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. Once you settle onto the floor in your pose you will shift your attention to breathing and mindfulness and delight in the sounds of soothing music. Minimal heat may be added for maximum comfort, since the body can cool in restorative classes! This class is accessible to everyone, so come and pamper yourself: stretch, renew, restore.  

Viniyoga - Taught by Rhonda Gran-Proescher, this is a style of Hatha Yoga that emphasizes practicing an asana according to the individual's needs rather than focusing on an external ideal form. Regulated breathing is an essential aspect of Viniyoga as is coordinating the breath with movement. Viniyoga can also be less stressful to the joints than other styles of Hatha Yoga.

Pre-natal Yoga - Synergy's newer and larger facility is excited to add Pre-natal yoga classes to the schedule. These Pre-natal yoga classes are based on Yogafit's Pre-natal format, which was designed by a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist. Classic yoga poses are selected specifically for use during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and will be safe for students throughout all trimesters of pregnancy.

All Yoga classes are approximately 60 to 75 minutes in length, depending upon the time the class is offered.
